As a young adult Paul Schaben wounded his hip on the farm. In an attempt to diminish the arthritic pain he benefited from staying at hotels that provided a spa.
Experiencing the improvements to his health from the jet pressure and warm water, Paul imagined a spa that could be transported and built in less than a day. Spas had to be put together one piece at a time in the early days, which made it very costly.
He spent years researching the market to find the perfect spa. Just like you, he was looking for a brand that he could rely on. In 1983, he discovered what he was looking for in Hot Spring Portable Spas.
Paul was so inspired that he started as a dealer for Hot Spring Spa, wanting to share with others the health benefits and happiness he was currently experiencing. Seeing the cheerful faces of his customers gave him great enjoyment. Paul also enjoyed it when they shared their tales about how their way of life and health were enhanced by Hot Spring Spa.

Paul’s family still oversees the daily operations of this family owned and operated company. Everything our customers experience, from the showroom to their home, we make it our priority to ensure that it’s pleasurable.
